This project plan template can be used as a basic project planning tool for future projects, or to document existing projects.  Once the project is underway you may want to use it a as business case tool or use our MAP stories template to write up your case study.

You may want to use the template to record ‘one-off’ projects undertaken by the library service (e.g. work supporting a Trust initiative or event), or to identify the scope of existing core services (e.g. the Inter Library Loan service).

The template can be used to anticipate perceived impact or simply to organise your thoughts before embarking on a new project or service. We have included a number of completed examples linked to the appropriate drivers.
